Based on Yah's original salsa recipe first created over 20 years ago as a result of an abundant crop of tomatoes, onions, and bell peppers, our salsa is the flagship product that made Yah’s Best a household name in North Carolina. Great as dips, condiments, and in recipes, our salsas are made with local fresh ingredients not cooked or processed in any way, keeping the  unmistakable fresh taste intact.

Our Traditional salsas are made with all fresh ingredients including vine-ripened tomatoes, onions, jalapeno peppers, garlic, cilantro, and assorted spices. We have six  levels of heat starting with our mildest - So Good, our most popular- Sweet Heat, then our hotter versions with habanero peppers added – Slow Burn and After Burn. Due to customer demand, we have added two even hotter salsas – try Smoldering for a hotter, smoky flavor and Searing, the hottest of our traditional salsa with extra habanero peppers.

 

Our hottest of all of our salsa offering have habanero peppers along with the hottest of seasonal peppers. These include Ghost Pepper (with a Scoville Heat Unit rating of 1,041,427) and Carolina Reaper (SHU=1,850,000)
