Traditional Salsas

salsa-traditionalMade with all fresh ingredients including tomatoes, onions, jalapeno peppers, garlic, cilantro, and assorted spices. We have four levels of heat starting with So Good, Sweet Heat, with habanero peppers added in out hottest versions – Slow Burn and After Burn. Due to customer demand, we have added two even hotter salsas – try Smoldering for a hotter, smoky flavor and Searing, the hottest with extra habanero peppers.

Offered in quart and pint sizes (subject to availability).

Great as a chip dip, our salsas are also great as a condiment used in several recipes. Check out some of Yah’s favorite recipes as well as some of our loyal customer’s favorites.

Fruit Salsas

salsa-fruitBased on our traditional salsa recipe, our fruit salsas are made with fresh seasonal fruits.

Peach and Pineapple are favorites year round and Mango is offered during the summer season.

Cranberry is a favorite offered during the holiday season.

Specialty Salsas

salsa-specialtyOur Ole Salsa is a seasonally offered southern style salsa with black beans and corn. Salsa Verde is a green salsa made with tomatillos straight from Yah’s garden.  Carolina Caviar is Yah’s version of a southern favorite, a salsa, a side dish, a delicious way to eat black eyed peas. Our only cooked salsa is our smoky Ranchera- an original Mexican recipe.

Other non-tomato based salsa include our seasonal favorites Summer Mango, Tropical Pineapple, and Winter Cranberry.
