Herbal Delight Dip
- 1 Cup Sour Cream
- 1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
- 2-3 tbsp. Herbal Delight
- Enjoy with chips or veggies
Cream Cheese Spread
- 8 oz. Cream Cheese
- 1-2 tbsp. Herbal Delight
- Enjoy on crackers or bagels
Dipping Oil
- 1 tbsp. Herbal Delight
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil to blend
- Enjoy w/ warm French bread
Chicken Enchiladas
- One small onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 4 cooked small chicken breasts, shredded (marinated w/YBP Ranchera)
- 2 cups YBP Salsa (your favorite heat)
- 4 oz. cream cheese, cubed
- 1 tbsp. chopped cilantro
- 1 tsp. ground cumin
- 1 cup shredded cheddar & monterey jack cheese
- 8 flour tortillas
Heat oven to 350. Heat large skillet sprayed w/cooking spray on med. Heat. Add onions & garlic. Cook and stir 2 min. Add chicken, 1 cup salsa, cream cheese, cilantro & cumin, mix well. Cook until heated thru stirring occasionally. Add 1/2 cup of shredded cheese – mix well.
Spoon 1/3 cup of chicken mixture onto each tortilla and roll up. Place seam-side down in 13×9 sprayed baking dish. Top with remaining salsa and cheese. Bake 15-20 minutes until heated through.
